Sally Schafer, MA., CCC-A
Audiologist
Sally Schafer is originally from Colorado. She received her Audiology degree from the University of Northern Colorado. Sally has lived on the West Coast of Northern California and Oregon for many years prior to living in Tucson, Arizona. She has worked with military and VA patients for many years specializing in noise exposure and tinnitus. Sally has also worked in private clinics performing diagnostic evaluations and hearing aid fittings with the latest technology. Sally started working at Soundpoint Hearing Center in 2021. What Sally loves most about her profession is watching the transformation that hearing aids provide in the patient’s daily lives. Outside of saving hearing lives, Sally loves animals, nature, being outdoors, the ocean, monsoon rainstorms, gardening, music and laughter.

Naomi Hedrick
Audio Tech
Naomi Hedrick is a Audiology Technician originally from Hamilton Ohio and moved to Tucson AZ in 1995. Naomi attended Better hair education college and started working at Studio Miranda in 2021. Before that worked in behavioral health for 5 years .
Naomi began working in the hearing industry in 2023 and was drawn to the profession because helping people was important.
What Naomi loves most about saving hearing lives is letting people know that there is hope in simple pleasures in life like being able to hear again. Naomi strives to make people feel welcome and comfortable while trusting us in helping them in her everyday work with patients.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Naomi loves hobbies such as gardening, going to concerts, cooking and hanging out with her goat George.
Noelle Scott
Patient Services Coordinator
Noelle Scott is a Patient Services Coordinator. Noelle is originally from Cystal Lake, Illinois and moved to Tucson, AZ in 1994. Noelle graduated from Apollo college in 2009. Noelle has work in various healthcare fields for over 10 years and began working in the hearing industry in June 2023. Noelle was drawn to the profession because helping people have better hearing can drastically change lives.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Noelle loves camping at all of Arizona’s beautiful lakes, boating, hiking and spending quality time with her kids and family.
