        "text": "Dr Alana is nice but Cindy in the front office is the most rude person I ever dealt with.  It all started with the lobby being locked at 1:00 pm while several elderly people stood outside in 100 degree heat.\n\nCindy was sitting inside at her desk watching us broil in the heat.\nApparently she has her lunch hour and does not allow interruptions.\n\nBeing that my appointment was at 1:00 pm sharp I knocked on the lobby door at 1:10 pm.  She looked right at me thru the window and did not budge.\n\nAt 1:12 pm she opened the door where the seniors could come inside to the lobby and cool down.  I thanked her for opening up and she berated me in front of 3 other customers.\n\nI was so embarrassed I sat in my chair quietly until she motioned me back to the doctor at 1:25 pm.\n\nI wish that I would have had the courage to call her out as to the bullying I took but I was raised not to escalate.\n\nAfter 10 minutes with the doctor I walked out of the lobby having to feel embarrassed all the way out the door.  I felt so ashamed I never went back.\n\nI know it\u2019s a different world than what I grew up in but this was very disturbing. It\u2019s just makes me sad for poor seniors that have no choice but to suffer this kind of treatment.",

        "text": "I have been going to SoundPoint for many many years.  My wife has as well the last few years.  Audiologists come and go but I have to tell you I have never had a more kind and personable Hearing Specialist than Keith Taylor!  First of all the office specialists were kind and efficient.  The office is clean and well organized.  But most importantly Mr. taylor is the most thorough and helpful specialist I have ever met in helping me and my wife\u2019s hearing needs.  He\u2019s so kind and personable.  We strongly recommend him and SoundPoint for any of your hearing needs!",

        "text": "I brought my grandma in here last month, and I was blown away by the person who helped us. She was so professional, kind and patient. Very different than our experience with the last lady. The front desk ladies were soooo sweet and went out of their way to make my grandma feel comfortable. I\u2019m so thankful for the new energy in the office. Thank you for all these three ladies did for my grandma.",

        "text": "**HEARING AIDS TRACK USAGE** There\u2019s one issue that I definitely did not like about the process of obtaining hearing aids from the audiologist at SoundPoint. The fact that the audiologist never disclosed that the hearing aids they order track usage in who knows what detail which feels like an invasion of privacy since they never told me and they can pull it up on their computer. If I would\u2019ve been told that from the beginning, it may or may not have influenced my decision on getting them or not despite having bilateral hearing loss. I feel like she set me up with questions that she already knew the answers to based on the data she pulled up on her computer that the hearing aids gathered. That\u2019s something they should be disclosing from the start instead of, \u201coh by the way, these do track usage.\u201d I don\u2019t know how much detail they track but that makes me feel extremely uncomfortable.",
