Dr. Alana Kent & her staff are remarkable. Never a long wait in the nice clean waiting room w/coffee if you like. I found SoundPoint a few years ago after my insurance changed. What a great day for me. My upgraded new hearing aids are a joy, & it seems all the birds in my neighborhood were waiting to serenade me when I got home. I could HEAR them all. It only took a few minutes for Dr. to adjust my Rx on her computer. She is an angel for me. Not forgetting the front office staff, those ladies are so helpful, efficient, & pleasant. They never let you forget an appointment either. Don't miss your chance to meet these folks if you have any hearing needs. You'll be singing their praises, too. Dr Kent is amazing. She was very thorough and explained all aspects of my hearing test, the medical diagnosis as well as potential corrective measures. She showed me the product she recommends and she even wears them. Once the devices came in, she showed me how to operate them, clean them and store then when not in use. Dr Kent even explained how they can be used in conjunction with a smart phone. Awesome place, great doctor and very friendly staff.

Although I have yet to be at this facility, an associate of this establishment needs to know that one of their associates named Heather who took my call today, was professional, courteous, kind, understanding, we made each other laugh while setting up the appointment. I didn't ask for her last name nor did she offer to give it and that's fine. Keep her. She's good for this company. I told her this as well. Her boss needs to know this too. Well done Heather.

I had a small repair when I was visiting the area and they helped me immediately so when I moved here I went back SoundPoint and I am glad I did. I received a much more thorough exam than I had ever received. Dr. Chris Wahl was very good at explaining a number of things I didn't know and was very patient and took time to listen to my questions and comments. I have no regrets!

The staff is very knowledgeable and thorough. The 3 star rating is due to the treatment at the appointment we had scheduled to go back for a hearing aid fitting and purchase. We made the appointment and were told to come back on cyber Monday to get a good deal. So that is what we did. But when my husband got there the Dr. told him he had another appointment and to come back at another time. After an hour passed, he was finally taken care of. The Dr. was rude to him, his own staff had apparently screwed up, so too bad so sad. When it comes time for me I will go somewhere else. Also found out later there are a lot of bonuses, trips etc., given by Starkey, (the hearing aid mfg.) when they sell a lot at a higher price. It seemed more like a used car salesman atmosphere than a professional organization.
